Most marketing plans suck. Like a good idea, without action, the idea sucks. A marketing plan, without implementation is nothing more than a thought jotted down on paper.
When you’re an active real estate investor and you do not have a plan, especially a marketing plan, you are going to flounder and in the end you will fail. This video will show you how to avoid that from happening to you and gives you the foundation to build a plan which will allow you to be successful.
