Deutsche Bank not doing any short sales or loan modifications? I was told this by a servicer and am just trying to verify?
Love the info, guys. My question is do I need to go above the mortgage broker to get to the lender in order to get seasoning req., etc.? Or can I trust that the mortgage broker is telling the correct information?
