In Real Estate Winners Never Quit and Quitters Never Win! Which One Are You?

In the real estate business quitting or even thinking of quitting is NOT an option! Time and time again I hear too many investors making some sort of excuse! (I am waiting to start because… I can’t do this because… I need to get more educated because…). If you take action and keep pushing through the hurdles you face on a daily basis you will have no other choice but to succeed! Listen in as I not only talk about this ever common business challenge, but I also cover how to weed through all the “GURU’s” on the Internet and which ones to follow, how to deal with a Realtor that is demanding a big deposit on a short sale listing, my opinion on Toxic Assets and what they are and much more.

There is too much background noise for me to hear. I have lost a lot of my hearing.

Would it be possible to do these coffee breaks somewhere it is quiet?

    Thanks, Ron Southall

I love it. I have a fantastic story of Wells Fargo that wants to close the short sale without an approval letter.

They called on Friday the 12th and want us to fund on Wednesday the 16th!! Now, they have had the file for 8 months, did 3 BPO’d and still haven’t issued an approval, but will close without it.

    I love this country!!

Every person on the FCB this week needs to be at your bootcamp in March. Three days of being exposed to you guys and they will be changed people.

Pat, I thought you were pretty intellectual on this stuff, but the glasses make you look even smarter. Fantastic info, please thank Bob for me for his one on one (emergency call) I needed help on. Bob’s direction covered the cost of my short sale program. It doesn’t get any better than that.
